Innocenzo Cibo
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Cardinal Innocenzo Cibo was an early 16th century Italian cleric. He was the nephew of Pope Leo X, and provided by the Pope to the Archbishopric of St. Andrews instead of John Hepburn. Owing to lack of support in Scotland, the Pope dropped his provision. He was made Abbot of Dunfermline in compensation.
